Only disappointment – it supports single monitor if you connect both monitors port you will get duplicated screen. it won’t support extended screen

The media could not be loaded.
I bought it in June 2023, since then it works fine, only thing to mind is, it will not support multiple monitors, and if you increase the resolution beyond 1080p, slightly like 1200 you will not get 60 hz, it will reduce to 30 hz, the micro sd slot might get some times detecting issues,, but for this issue I will not say it is purely hubs issue,,, usb A type is no where mentioned as usb 3.0. but it is quit fast, it as 3.5 mm jack works fine, but not detected as headphone,, just a normal audio out,, I bought it for 2.5 k in offer,, it is worth buying

Wanted similar convenience of using a USB C hub/ USB C monitor with integrated hub that I had at office while working from home. This is a good VFM option with integrated HDMI/VGA, 4 USB ports, Gigabit Ethernet, 3.5mm TRRS jack and SD/TF card plus USB PD charging. The USB C port can only be used for power delivery. Connecting a Type-C Jabra headset did not work. If using PD charger, this hub can work as an all in 1 solution with single connector for most of the connectivity and power requirements (Except USB C devices). Right now I am using it with the standard HP charger as I don’t have a PD adapter. So not a very elegant solution but good compromise between price vs convenience. For the price I paid, it is absolutely worth it for my use case. I can still use my older 3.5mm headset. If you already have a PD adapter for your laptop, this hub is a no brainer. The cheaper alternatives with similar connectivity features had only 100Mbps Ethernet. Plus if you already have a HP laptop, it may give added assurance of using same brand product. Someone mentioned in the Q&A that USB-C port works also for data but it is not true so please keep that in mind. Would have given 5 star otherwise.

I bought this mainly to use two extended displays but it is not able to do that Thanks to misleading product description and wrong answers by HP team in QnA section.
It is not a docking station, it is just a USB hub. In some of the QnA the HP team has mentioned that we can use two monitors as extended screen via Display 2 and Display 3 but it’s totally wrong. You can use only one for the VGA/HDMI to extend. VGA will get extended at 1080p and HDMI can extend at 4k but if you connect both these ports simultaneously then both will automatically work as Duplicate screens at maximum1080p (see image for more info).
Also for some reason the HDMI is not able to connect my LG 32GN650 monitor at 144Hz/165Hz through my TUF A17 laptop. The monitor doesn’t detect signal, but if I make it 60Hz then it’s able to extend it (without VGA connection of course). However it is able to connect at 144Hz through my Dell laptop. Not sure what is wrong.
Overall the extension and duplication of single screen works good. There is no lag, display output is clear. Other USB ports and PD works flawlessly. Product quality is good. The type-C cable for input is very short. Giving only 3 starts for wrong and incomplete product description.
Conclusion: If you want to extend two monitors, go for other docking stations (not USB hubs). For single monitors and USB port requirements go ahead and buy this hub.

Has been working perfectly for the past 2 months. I have been using a cheap hub for 6 months previously and it died. There are so many problems I had with that previous hub, and so many little things that are better about this hub that even without considering durability I think this is a better deal. And hopefully it will be durable. I really wish I had spent a little more and bought this one the first time, but, lesson learnt.
