No software cd. Very sharp video quality, not able to adjust.

~Images are clear and mic is also working fine. Go for this if you are not expecting a webcam to work like DSLR and mic to record songs in your melodious voice.
~Silent environment is recommended as mic is a bit sensitive.
~Mic sensitivity is not causing any problem like reflecting back the sound of speaker when I am using PC’s speaker while conferencing, which is good.
~It serves the purpose of video conferencing properly.
