The purifier reached on time but the installation experience was not good since i did not get installation within 24 hours of it’s arrival and had to do multiole follow ups owing to the fact that I reside on the outskirts of the city. Rest the packaging was good and the product was delivered in mint condition. Buying this would be suitable for families of 4-5 adults.
The installation was hassel free and it only tooka mere 23 minutes since the time the technicians arrived. Overall satisfied.

Product got delivered on time since I opted for fulfilled services by amazon. Technician also came on time as requested, the only improve area for the support team may be to keep the customers updated with the status of the technician visit. One needs to follow up couple of time to ensure he visits as scheduled. Easy to operate. product looks so decent and of Good build quality. I also asked the installation guy about the annual maintenance cost so as per him Rs. 2600 is an average cost to change the filters annually. where in the same replacement cost with other brands like Kent may go upto 4800 to 5000. I look forward to it to get more experience. I will probably edit my review after 1 year to give you more powerful review.

Brought this product on November’21. Last week i had issue with this product. Tried to rise complaint, no on picked the cal. Due to the water non availability we called thrid party service team,
They claimed the membrane is not working and replaced. I am worried only for 5-6 months i have thise condition of my product . Am concerned that how to claim warranty on it! And the online service request is also not secured my purpose at the time!!
Totally disappointed. !! Am not sure whether the product i received is genuine or not!
