Bought about 2 months ago. Daily usage around 30 litres. Waster taste is v good. Filtration process and end product almost similar to mineral water (only better, since branded mineral water has TDS of around 20, here we r getting around 40 to 50 which is ideal for regular consumption )
Initially connected to the municipal water tap. After a month of usage, got the TDS checked(company person brought the meter). Realised that the TDS in municipal (manjeera) water is around 250, therefore our purified water was having 20 TDS. Not quite ideal. So got the purifier connected to the borrwell/tanker water tap. TDS 500 is getting reduced to 45. Now too the water taste is excellent. Company engineer (rang up on their own for feedback,) had educated me that ideally around 50 TDS should be there in our drinking water for both taste as well as health. After extensive research online, found this to be true and got the connection changed to bore well from the municipal one .
As of now, after around 1500 litres of usage, sediment filter had to be changed ( provided free by the company ).
All in all quite satisfied, service recd within 24 hours of phone call,, all the times.
Oxytube also seems to be effective (the whiteness on green grapes vanished)

Good product….with good storage. However, the cost of maintenance is quite high. Just got a basic filter change done and it cost me around 2300. Don’t know if this was the actual cost since there were no pricelists that I could check that off…

White color need stop be relooked. Other dark color options. Maintanance is high

I’ve not faced any issue till now, just that pure it service for installation was not that quick and had to escalate couple of times.
But once installed, am not facing any more issues. It’s been almost a month now and it’s working fine. Water tastes real sweet!
