I bought this microwave oven in the great Indian festival at a very attractive price – I compared with other e-commerce apps too.. not only is the overall performance amazing, but the appealing look of the front give an attractive look to my kitchen.

Product is good. But need to improve. As there is no vent for microwave fan air. There should be cut matching with microwave vent.

The spouse used the defrost option and melted some stuff and causes the oil to flow all over the place. Without telling me anything was wrong and I could not find anything wrong either. BUT the design of the turntable is such that it spins differently than others and uses a gravity lock on the glass to turn it while the glass is supported by a plastic support which spins at a different rate than the motor spinning the turntable. With like LG the entire thing is supported by the turntable motor so this problem never happens. Here because it is not attached directly and gravity is used, the oil can make the support slip or hold it from turning, causing the glass to get loose from its holder causing a tuk tuk noise while in use when ever the glass over steps the turntable lock.
I had to really clean the insides as all as the moving parts and glass turntable to fix the issue. Just looking at it did not show anything. The thin layer of oil was enough to make the whole thing act like it was braking apart. And almost called the service center but was hesitant since I had refused their demo before. But now its fixed and works properly.
The picture on the glass does hide parts so you cant clearly see inside but you can still see enough. Maybe some people want to see how crisp things get and need better view. Then why did they buy one with a picture on the glass to begin with? The light is not bright enough to see clearly even if the glass did not have any picture.
I only even wrote this review because this might a problem for many people as it is easy to over cook things and have it flow all over the bottom and causing this over stepping problem due to sticktion and stuff. So just use some de-greaser and stuff to clean it off. Just wiping it off wont fix the issue.
