Faulty product sent. When I refused to take delivery, he insisted to take the delivery and get it replaced within 10 days which led to a lot of explanation for return.

need a demo from IFB on various cooking options. order delivered on 7th.. i have been told , will get a call for demo by 2 days .. but still no call from IFB / Amazon on Demo. pls arrange for the same

IFB should improve packing for plastic utensils (gift pack) as often it gets broke during transport, return option ask to return with oven which is an stupid idea. A free cover will be appreciated.

I have received the item ‘Convection Microwave’ on 19th Nov’20 .The same is installed and now ready for use by us. We are going through the product manual now to know all technical details and operation controls .Please note that the Warranty Certificate attached with the product manual has not been signed and stamped by your supplier Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd. , Thane ( Maharashtra ). Kindly let me know the procedure to get a signed and stamped warranty certificate .
