My oven’s board burned out and I called the customer care. Service person said they cannot repair the board and only replacement is available. Replacement of board will cost be Rs 2800 and Rs. 300 for installation. Please keep in mind that they charge heavily for service. Almost 30% of oven’s cost for board replacement.

I have been using the product since June 2019. We had a good experience so far with the product. Recently the bulb got damaged. Two days back there was an issue with the Magnetron and the microwave stopped heating the food item. Since product comes with 3 years of warranty for magnetron, the service person replaced it. I should tell that the service happened very quickly for me. They came the next day of raising the ticket.

The product delivery was good. The Amazon agent delivered the product in good condition. However, the price of the product was dropped by more than 10% on the next day after ordering. Secondly the product came with few utensils and being delivered along with a microwave, it is obvious to take them as compatible with the oven. However, on using one such utensil in the microwave, it started melting away immediately. Picture is attached for everyone’s view. In a nutshell, the main product (microwave) is good but the accesories are useless and don’t trust Amazon for the price.

I got this Oven purchased on Amazon portal on July 12th 2021. It was received in very good condition and seem to be a good product based on 2-3 usage I have from last ~3 weeks (though not frequent user of a oven).
I purchased this with one of the criteria as dimensions which are mentioned in the picture as 19x11x16.2 (LxWxH) but the real dimensions are 19×16.2×11(LxWxH). It looks like the width and height are swapped. Luckily the space I had (especially width) reserved for oven was just sufficient to fit this device in, but I would request to keep the information accurate for the product information. (attached picture taken from the product info on this portal for quick reference)
Also received few accessories along with the oven including powder coated pan. But I used this in just 2 usage for grill at 160 C and the coating got off. (attached picture). This is definitely not accepted quality.
Overall looks to be good product (for the oven) but I see some room for improvement.

It is a good product, except for this – WHY are the Control Panel pads not backlit ? I have to shine a torch to see what is what !!!
As a result , I end up using it mainly for rehearing food only.

We wanted convection microwave. 21 inch would be smaller for us and 28 and above inch would be too large for Mumbai compact kitchens. Samsung is best for 21 and 28 inch, but they have nothing in mid range.. That’s where IFB SC4 Convection fits in.. Really nice, works effectively.. no worries.. While ordering, Amazon app showed that no demo will be given, but to our surprise, we got a call from IFB and they arranged demo – was good and relevant.. Not to forget – product is costlier than Samsung 28 inch.. But since they don’t have 25inch, IFB rules this segment and command premium pricing.. And IFB is an Indian company!
