This microwave does the heating good but it’s of no use for other fancy features. I have tried baking cake and the heat is not uniform and the cake gets burnt from side and gets uncooked from inside. Very bad experience. I had a Samsung microwave before and in that the cake used to get baked very nicely. Wastage of money spending on this IFB microwave.

If you buy this product I can assure you it will be very good. But the touch pad isn’t the best, The sensetivity of the touch pad is questionable. I would recommend you to go for buttons.

The media could not be loaded.
So far good, 30ltr is quite big for small family. But big ovens are good for baking cakes, grills and barbeque. This oven I bought for 14,490 and so far no problem seen.

Technician from IFB confirmed that the product is not working. The customer care executive informed that he will send another expert to do the testing it is not working. That expert is not available for 4 days. Why I need to wait for two expert or technician advice to return the defective product. Why IFB did not test it properly. I lost trust with Amazon customer service. This is more tricky process to exchange if the good is defective or damaged. At last IFB replaced the product. Thank you IFB
