    As usual item got delivered fastly from Flipkart. But even after 8 days no clues about installation and demo service from IFB side. After registering a complaint, got a confirmation that it will be addressed in a week time( total 15 days). Everyone will be having some reason to pray and obviously mine it’s for IFB engineer for the installation and demo service only. If the situation is like this, what would be their service methodology after unpacking the item.\nI had raised a complaint ticket (not allowing to keep the ticket details) yesterday since the installation and demo was in pending state. But today I got an SMS stating that the demo service itself cancelled without​ any reason or updates. Later I contacted​ Flipkart customer service twice, but I got pathetic response from them and they disconnected​ my call after waiting 20-30 minutes in each time. Even though it was my very first worst experience from Flipkart customer centre, but that was enough to spoil my trust and confidence on them. Hope they will understand customer concerns in a positive and helping mind.

    Thanks to Flipkart Service Team….👍👍👍👌\nI didn’t received the starter kit with microwave oven. I post a Callback request to Flipkart n within 1min I got the call from flipkart.\nAnd after discussion they hv allotted me Rs.1000 Coupon to buy the starter kit.\n\n\nIt’s a every good product bn and IFB is a very good brand in terms of sales and service.\nOven is very good and I got at very g ood price. 12500 flipkart sale including sbi 10% discount I brought 2years extended warranty also at 1250 approx. \nGreat thing is IFB is giving free cooking train class for approx 2-3hrs for its customers free of costs other then Demo. On registration base,all free. It’s very useful as all features keep in mind just after demo it’s bit difficult. Hence cooking training in Microwave oven is very useful.\nOven is Good with mirror finish. Options are more to do n cook more variety of food for all occasion. It’s 38 Lt so hv enough capacity for 4 to 5 members food n by this we can reduce oil usage.
