The price was great and the best after checking through both online as well as local market. The delivery was as promised. The fixed the installation for Tuesday (machine was delivered on Saturday). It was all done. The machine is very easy to use. The only draw back is that the recommended detergent to use is a liquid one and the conventional one. It costs Rs.350 per 1 litre bottle. But I personally feel that liquid soap is better than powder so had no problem with it. It also does not require additives like comfort etc. The soap is available both online as well as through the IFB dealers. Online costs Rs.15 less per litre. On the whole great buy.

The 3 stars are for price, the product itself and ease of ordering it online. \n\nI wasn’t satisfied with the delivery and setup experience. The guy who delivered expected tips (paid Rs. 150/-) and wasn’t professional at all. The washing machine wasn’t assembled properly before shipping. I had to remove and refit some screws to fix it myself. I installed the washing machine myself because the company that does servicing for IFB (outsourced by IFB) came one week after delivery.

I have bought this washing Machine on 31st Jan 2021. It has been just one day however I thought let me give my review for buying experience and demo experience. \n\nIt is general feeling that we always gets anxious when we buy heavy appliances online so was I till the time demo is done and machine is delivered.\n\nBuying Experience: Very Good. Flipkart people delivered on time after just one precautionary call for delivery at particular time. So all thumbs up to Flipkart.\n\nDemo Experience: Now when machine is delievered but waiting for demo people to install and explain. They came very next day after giving call for installation. Sameer has explained to us very nicely for each points of machine functionality. Also installation was done with every care and safely.\n\nThank you Flipkart team and IFB demo team (Sameer from Malad) for good buying and demo experience.\n\nNow crossing my fingers for good performance going forward. I will write again after sometime about Machine performance.

Fabulous so far….. Bought it on BB day for a great discount Very quick delivery from EKART, installation felow forced us to put IFB stand which he bought, technically whether to put it or not IFB has to advice customers, otherwise extremely happy about Flipkart service.

Loaded with features and options. Got a good deal under exchange. I think it was a smart choice to buy this product. Looks are also good. Buy the original cover from IFB as the ones available in market are not of good quality compared to the original IFB

Nice Product … Timely deliverable by flipkart … Installation done by IFB on the very next day…\n\nNote : \n\nPls beware IFB Person try to intimate you to buy Cleaning powder 175 rs (1 PCS), Washing liquid 350Rs , Cover 650, Water Filter 1750 rs (Single Pcs) \n\nSo dont buy anything from them…. Other wise its good product nd nice washing….

nice one… Washing quality and performance is good but accessories are costlier once u purchase wm, we need to get stand, liquid, Water smoother and cover are mandatory but we need to spend again 5000 rupees approximately to purchase all these… installation guy only bought all these things , i purchased all but no discount.. features are good compare to other brands…

Hi, Purchased this machine very recently in may-15 and found it consuming 3kw instead of 2kw as per manual. It is working fine and performing well. If you like to bye this machine plane for VX it will save 2500 bugs. VX and SX are same in performance and cost is difference is only for color (white or Gray) think before you place an order.\nThanks for your time reading review and happy washing. 🙂
