The washing machine got delivered on time and the installation was done within a day. \nIt doesn’t make much sound and even the functions are good.\nThe installation person was also very friendly and helpful he even bought all the accessories you can buy anything if you need.\nOverall really good product

Product is great and it is easy to use but only one thing is demo was not given properly, Installation guy didn’t provided all info correctly. I request IFB team to train people properly so that it will be useful for users.

It just worked good only for two months. Starting 3rd month machine automatically getting stopped and not working. Support people said high voltage and made us spend 4.5k more for stabilizer but even after that machine is not working as expected at all. Really waste of money I felt. Service people should do deep check to identify problem and fix instead of just guessing and mis guiding the customers. I am truly 100% disappointed with the way that product performance provided its a new one just with in 3 months from the time we bought. \n\nI never suggest anyone to go for it .

No complexity in buttons, Easy to use. I preferred front load but I bought top Load for my mom, easy to put cloth and easy to put back. \nDelivery is awesome by flipkart. Thank you flipkart

Best washing machine at this price range…it comes with 6 different function.with kids lock future. Easy to operate with less complex function. Just add clothes and liquid detergent and you are good to go. There is also heavy program for bedshits and other heavy clothes and as usual flipkart gave best service with ifb technician coming in 3 days only.only delivery was delyaed due to covid situation but the product is genuine and good . Just dont open the box without technician for warranty to be valid .thank you flipkart for this amazing product. \nCons : \nThey should have provided a whistle so that we can know that washing is done \nOnly liquid detergent good for long lasting of machine \nDelayed delivery

The product is nice looking. The delivery was nice. The product is worth the price. The washing quality is kind of okey but not the best if you are addicted to do hand wash. Use the product with 75-80 percent capacity if you need best results. Noise is very low. Dry run makes little higher noise but that is okey. The sensors are best. Autobalance, resume and water intake etc. Takes less water and very low energy consumption. 0.1 unit for 2 hours run. The min cycle time is 30 min called express wash and takes 20 L for 2-3 kg clothes. The standard run called smart sense takes 45-48 min and uses 45-50 L for 6 -6.3 kg clothes.\nUse presoaking and pre care the collars/cuffs/stains with the detergent/necessary product as mentioned in the manual, that makes the washing quality much better.\n\nOverall great product.

Washing machine noise level very low 3d technology is good. Cloths neat washed I’m happy this washing machine only water wasted little much other wise very good washing machine … Tub clean option not available this disadvantages in this machine .other wise good …

Washing Machine works very well ,Cleans very even collar dirt. And its very user friendly. its smart sensing technology automatically detect the type of clothes in the machine and selects the ideal wash type it needs.

Must Read it before buying this machine\n\nI buy it from flipkart delivery goes smoothly\nAfter 2 month(10-12wash) it stop working \nI call customer support &mail them 6-7 time\n technician visit 8 time & almost all part replaced but machine not functioning till now\nIf u buy this then get ready with extra time and money to waste\nEvery time customer executive escalate ur problm but no resolution \nOne of my relative facing same some time ago\nSo think twice before buying it \nMy last advice\nAsk any ifb customer who face any problem in appliances and interact with customer support of ifb before buying it
