My useage so less ,twice in a week .After 2.5 years suddenly no light ,thought power supply gone . Ifb person came found pcb gone ,said due to voltage fluctuation. Don’t know other appliance working fine . They said will cover in warranty but said to put ifb stabilizer hereafter. Fine . But I doubt it’s relaibility. Buy lg Bosch with Inverter motor very silent. This one is like normal sounding machine. Washing is fine . But next time won’t prefer ifb

I’ve been using older model of the same machine brand for nearly 6 years now.
Though functionality is ok, the features, water consumption and power consumption are mediocre, nothing great.
However what annoyed me the most is that when the machine eventually has any small faults (in my case, the front timer knob), the IFB company has degraded heavily and started resorting to fleecing customers by forcing them to opt for AMC instead of doing the correct diagnosis+repair. It is a blatant violation of customer rights and flagrant waste of components which are working fine on most aspects but recommended to be replaced just to nudge customer to pay more money.
I heavily condem this malpractice and hope the review points out the problem to potential buyers to make an informed choice

I agree this was happened to me also .every for small repair also they insist for AMC to cover parts
