I purchase the product with trust on brand IFB. I was using IFB Front Load machine since 8 years and due to performance satisfaction, I have purchase another IFB washing machine. Quality, design and performance is good. You can experience little noice while drying / spinning cycle else it’s very silent. Many useful Functions are included which you can select as per your need. IFB technician is also humble and knowledgeable and explain everything perfectly. Overall happy with Flipkart and IFB sales and service.

The brand IFB is cribbing a lot on usage of external products like stabalizers filter and the machine liquid and many more , they even mention that the warranty is claimed only if the IFB products are used with the machine else no warranty. They force you to use the products which are senseless and not required to have.
Its customer freedom to use what he wants not the company decides what we customer does.
Strongly condemn the culture of forced and fearful marketing.

Installation experience with the IFB engineer is very bad. They are just interested in selling their stuff like stabiliser , stand, water filter, etc etc. which is priced higher than market. They are not willing to show the functioning or how to take care of the machine. My last IFB product.

Wash quality is also satisfactory.
Few things to know:
1. Used LG Top load as well as BOSCH frond load, both were slient when motor oprerates during wash, spin and rinse cycle, IFB motor is noisy…loud enough to irritate…specially using in night time…i dont if it is a common problem or specefic to my machine…
2. It vibrates significantly even at 1000 RPM not tried at 1400 rpm…Bosch was much better in this regard
3. Installation was quick but happened with not so skilled technician…who could not explain features correctly…had to ask for another technician…
First techincian was more focused on selling additional accessories…no need of stablizer…additinal water treatment if hardness is not so high…stand is not necessary …if needed there are plenty options to buy online at half of IFB price (1950 rs)…
