What surprises me is, didn’t IFB ever test the machine with clothes before releasing this product? You spend such a huge money on a washing machine cum drier, and you are left agony because the clothes wrinkle very very badly. Shirts have to be extremely steam and water sprayed and ironed before you wear, while nothing could be done with T-shirts and other clothes. You have to wear wrinkled dresses after using this machine. Had there been a provision for returning the product, I would do that. My advice to buyers, if you wish to have a cloth drier, buy a separate drier, which is much cheaper too. it is a very bad idea to buy this stupid, thoughtless and worthless compact product from IFB, which they released without testing.

Perfect machine. No noise, no shake even at 1400 rpm. Quality wash and no wrinkles, and the steam option gives a hygienic wash. Very easy to operate with digital programming. Dry option gives 98% dry cloths. Though I have not used much due to the summer season. The small things that I felt could have been improved are: the display panel should blink the current option in operation (eg. Prewash, soaking, etc). Except two programmes, most of them are allowed to use 2-3 kg of cloths. This could have been up to 4-5 kgs. The liquid in the softener tray does not get completely used at the end of the wash. Some liquid is left out even if used in small quantities. Maybe I need to check with the technician about this. However, these are small things. Overall, I am happy with the machine. This I am saying after using it for more than six months. It’s worth for the 50k I spent. It may be more useful during the rainy season with the dryer.

Hi. The machine definitely washes the clothes thoroughly . My only complain is the machine is too sensitive. There has been no fluctuation or electricity surge in my house, but the power circuit / mother board has got busted. Now IFB is repairing free of cost with a new machine . But the headache of getting this picked and installing a new one is too much. Again I don’t know if putting a stabalizer will solve the problem. Be careful with this sensitive machine .

When you use dryer or steamer , you can’t use it without ironing. Heavy wrinkles even you can’t wear at home without ironing.
Don’t go for washer and dryer. Buy a sepay dryer.

If you want 100% dry cloths it will take around 6.5 hours for a typical full load. The washing machine does not give us the option to select the kg of cloths or the water level…these are decided by the program that we choose and is very annoying. Lastly the power consumption is wire high. Like for example an typical full load 100% day cycle runs for 6.5 hours and consume 2.5 units of electricity…also most of the time the cloths come out crushed…hence requiring heavy ironing….
