Using it for more than a year now. It works great. It surprised everyone in my family with it’s cleaning. No one anticipated that it will be able to clean this good. Even many of my relatives told me that dishwashers do not clean good. But with machine even they are admiring it.

Excellent Neptune VX dishwasher as per the pic, brand new with no damages in transportation & within time delivered by Flipkart. IFB service is very good & also within time. I do recommend for online shopping in Flipkart irrespective of any cost. I satisfied more than 100%. Thank-you Flipkart.

Product arrived on Friday 23th mar and installation was done by Ifb on 29th Mar . Also I ordered 1 rinse aid , 1 kg detergent ,1 salt packet which is enough for the machine to function but the person who came for installation forced to take one more salt which we had to purchase from him.\n\nFlipkart delivered within tat and the product was delivered without a scratch-5 star .\n\nIfb installed and provided demo beyond tat and with intensive cross selling but gave good service. -4star\n\nThe dishwasher is working fine and smooth without any sound .Very Good product from IFB . – 5star

Writing this after about six weeks of continuous use @ minimum 2 loads per day, on occasions more. This is excellent product. Super efficient and quiet operation. Utensils are cleaned thoroughly and hygienically and come out sparkling, something you can never achieve with hand washing. Even heavy ones like kadhai used for Indian cooking are not a problem. It removed my lot of misconceptions about utility of dishwashers in Indian context.\nUses just over half a large bucket of water per load so saves a lot of water compared to maid. But detergent tablets or powder are expensive. Detergent will cost ₹14-20 per load and machine will consume about 1.5 units power per load. \nIt was delivered by Flipkart on time and in good condition. There was slight hiccup about installation on IFB side but nothing really to complain about.

Although it cleans very well but consumption of shiner liquid is much more 1 bottle of 157 will be consumed in 10 washes. \nIn a month total of 600 rs needed for only shiner rest detergent and all will cost you around 900 to 1000 in total including shiner cost also. In this amount if you add 500 rs more maid will wash two times in a day with no pain of managing Maintanence of equipment.\nRest all the features are good and you will enjoy your dushwasher

I gifted it to my mom who doesn’t want to have a maid at home and also is suffering to wash the dishes on her own (70 years old, she is). Well, this is the first time I ever saw a dishwasher! The quality of the wash is very good for plates (metal and ceramic), spoons, cups, small cooking pots. Probably, wash quality is better than hand wash. But, greasy dishes are better washed with hand (People with OCD for cleanliness might not like it much when they see it. 😀 but this can happen even with a maid!! ). For normal, rice and vegetable curries, you can use this machine without any doubt. But if you want to wash non veg cooked vessels, milk, deep fried pans etc, its better you give a small hand wash before you put it into the machine. The color of metal vessels will change slightly to darker side after the wash. But they seem really tidy after the wash. For sure, they are more hygienically treated than a hand wash and you can feel the difference after the wash. You feel safe to eat in them!\nYou need salt (one kg in two or three months, depends on the hardness of the water from your tap. This salt is used to reduce the hardness in water), dishwasher detergent (probably one kg per month), rinse aid (small bottle, used by the machine during the rinsing of the vessels after washing them using detergent to get the shining). All together costs about 600. During installation, you may also need to have a 2 in 1 tap connection, stand for dishwasher and cover. It is not mandatory but I bought them from the IFB installation guy (for about 4000). You can also buy a 2 year extended warranty for about 2600 , I have taken that too. IFB installation guys were nice and helpful. Overall a good experience so far. You can surely go for it. Only regret left is I could have tried LG as I am an LG person. I use all LG products except this one but this didn’t disappoint me though.

Product works very well and does the job perfectly. Fortune detergent & rinse & salt is better than detergent from IFB. Highly soiled vessels of milk etc cleans well with fortune detergent plus use the mods called super 50 C. For very high intense cleaning use auto intensive mode. \n\nI compared dishwasher of Bosch Siemens and IFB. Bosch and Siemens lack water softener units. And most of them does not have stainless steel interior. Which brought me to select this model. \n\nYou can adjust the tray level of the top tray.\n\nThough super 50 mode is the most useful, which completes washing in 50 mins and also washes vessels at around 65 d Celsius, the manual says it does not have a dry cycle though in reality it has. I use this mode for daily use. \n\nFor super 30 mode which completes washing in 30 mins, dry cycle is added sometimes and sometimes not. Weird. \n\nThis dishwasher does not have an option to separately dry, separately run any particular cycle like wash rinse as found in washing machines. If any error occurs, and you were in the third level of cleaning say drying, then if you need to dry, you need to start all over. \n\nWhen installing yourself, make sure the exhaust pipe is first raised to the level of the machine, then put the pipe to drainage, as the drainage pipe height of IFB needs to be same as that of the ifb. If you do not connect this way, you will see F 3 error flashing. Do not buy the water softener the service man will try to sell at the beginning. Its purely useless and waste of money. \n\nThe service from Flipkart was really excellent. I hope my review helps you.

Absolute Value For Money\n\nWell I bought this product after going through all the reviews where people have put 1★ rating due to bad service or late installation process which is partially true, but I decide to give it a go and bought it on first delivery I got a damage piece for that I placed a return request and they pick it up after a 8 days and after a wait for another 7 days I get my replaced dishwasher. it’s a genuine time saver and absolute value for money and very easy to operate once after the demo guy gives you instructions about the product and how to use it, very suitable for Indian dishware and utensils I am very satisfied with my purchase so do my mother for whom it’s a gift. ★★★★★ from my side.\n\nEdit: After 2 years still rocks no issues, no service required, no pain at all, one advice never use IFB branded salt, detergent, liquid as it left whitish mark which is quite a burden to remove always use Fortune brand liquid, salt and detergent. Below a few images after 2 years still working flawlessly and shine like a diamond.
