MACHINE WORKING IN GOOD. BUT SOME TIME F5 ERROR SHOW THE PANEL WHILE OPERATING THE MACHINE\n\nVERY BAD EXPERIENCE TO ME OF INSTILLATION MACHINE, THE SERVICE PERSON VERY WORST PERFORMANCE AND BAD ATTITUDE TO ME, HE IS ALSO ASKING MONEY, AND WRONG GUIDING OF MACHINE OPERATING .\n\nTHE IFB SERVICE CENTER, VERY WORST , VERY BAD AND I AM NOT SEEN EVER SOFAR.

Booked on 31st dec and delivered on 1st Jan .. Super speed delivery . waiting for installation .\nEngineer had visited on 2nd Jan , and the plug point was little far away from the choosen place to keep the dishwasher , suggested to get extention cable of 16 Amps plug..and said will visit us once we are ready with it. He also pointed out to use the water softener device /liquid which will cost us 3700/- extra to avoid descaling /lime accumulated on dishwasher.. we are in doubt on this as no where in videos or IFB Manual its mentioned to use this .. Only recommended was to use recommended salt and rinse liquid ..this is new thing we are hearing from the installation engineer . Have to wait and see if its some kind of sales pitch ?( Be careful on this) will update the review after the installation.

I feel this product is quite good. We put all sorts of utensils in this machine.\nThis machine hardly require detergent (just 02 table spoons per wash).\nIt is worth investment as we can now save almost 2500 / month, which we use to pay to our maid.\nIt cleans perfectly, all utensils even tea burnt utensils /milk utensils, only we have to put under wet condition. \nSteel or glass utensils cleaned in such a way that it looks almost new. Wonderful is its steam cleaning, best hygiene and smell’s good.\nEven if food leftover is there in plates, no issue, it stuck into filter, which require manual cleaning.\nThe delivery was fast and IFB representative sorted out almost all fitting related issues, as we require slightly longer drain pipe and hose.\n\nThanks.

Best and worth. Flipkart customer care will be in touch till u get the product and installation. \n\nAbout the dish washer: best thing and works properly. Got delivered without any damage. The way it is packed was awesome. Cleans well and satisfied. Need to scrub little for dry milk pot and tea pot . Other vessels are cleaned so well and sparkles. I only use steel and glass and it cleans sooo well. I usually don’t use aluminium, nonstick and plastic as it not good for health. \n\nInstallation: ifb customer support team will be in touch with us and sends us the ifb engineer for demo and installation. Before the person arrives we should have facility for inlet water taps and outlet water pipes. Demo was too good and explains the things which we needed but never forces to buy that. I just bought stand,tablets, covers and filter for dishwasher. And external Warrenty for services in future. First they check hardness of the water regarding that filters are suggested. Overall excellent.

No issues demo and installation. Totally satisfied with the technician. Though he was running low on energy due to work fatigue, he answered all questions. He suggested most of the ifb accessories but was tactical enough to advise in gentle way. The technician was from IFB.i bot the stand, cover and washing powder from him. Good experience of buying such item from flipkart. Thank you FK for good product and service. TQ.

Mind blowing deal. Thank you Flipkart and IFB for the product and service. \nReally, it’s a best deal. It’s an high end model in India with all required features enabled. \nAll dishes are damn clean with no stains if we follow the protocol\nProduct is delivered before the promised date and on the same service man is in touch and gave demo and installation. So nice person. He also did additional service by changing my tap aa per requirement.\nNo noise. It’s lesser decisbles than my washing machine.\nWater consumption is lesser than my maid uses for cleaning\nPower consumption is 50rs per month\nInstead of Vim using tabs\nGood to go

Writing this review after 6 months of usage, bought this during lockdown. The machine is Excellent and performing well. Undoubtedly go for it. Thank you flipkart for maintaining such quality during pandemic with delivery.\n\nThe major drawback was I stay in Bangalore, the installation guy made a big havoc in installing the product. So i installed it by myself without any difficulties with help of manual. IFB installation is the worst they are worst guys, they threaten customer. So think twice before allowing them inside. For us it happened.
