There was a problem with the battery and the robot was unable to charge fully. I was unable to return the product as my husband was not well and we were busy with doctors appointments.\nI was unable to get much help from ILIFE customer support until one day a girl called Priyanka came on the line. She is the most valuable asset for this company as she was very proactive and very very helpful and saw that my issue was resolved immediately. I f anyone has any issues with the machine please ask for Priyanka.\nThank you very much Priyanka for being so helpful to a senior citizen and following up immediately. \nChang in technical support should be more proactive instead of shirking his job.

It a very easy to handle , excellent cleaning Product.. one star I have taken bcz u need to ensure dere s nythin kept on d floor like rugs, water or some big debris.. nd I can’t bent down so I have to take somebody help daily.. otherwise d cleanings really great ..

Read a lot of reviews before buying Ilife as I wanted to buy from a brand which offers good after sales support. So far the ilife team has been responsive my queries. Two months since I bought this and so far it’s been good. We use it to sweep and mop Daily. 1200sqft house takes 45 minutes each to sweep and mop. It does its job efficiently and returns back to the dock once done. A few drawbacks are it cant save map and starts new everytime. Also it can’t sweep and mop simultaneously like a few robots out there. Before sweeping, you need to remove big paper bits, wrappers, small items like toys etc from the floor else the robot gets stuck sometimes.(drawback of all robots).\nU will need a couple of days to get accustomed to its algorithm and u can rearrange a few furniture to speed up the cleaning. Certainly saves a lot of effort.

After a long research, chose this one – iLife a10s. Got it delivered yesterday, 28th August. The trail runs were fine and this morning the first full clean went well.\nThis is for my parents and for now both seems ok with its work. Will keep posted on the feedback.\n[01-09-2021] : After 3 days of usage, my family members got familiar with its functionality. Though not meeting all the expectations, its doing its intended work.

This robot is doing a very fantastic work. Now it keeps my home clean much better than I do. The vibrating moping functioning of Ilife is gives an unbelievable moping experience. The wifi connectivity option gives an hassle free operation of the robot. The lase detecting technology makes it perfect to reach everywhere. The time and sound taking for cleaning is adequate. By all means its an awesome product and very helpful and needful product.

Awesome product! Using it for more than 10 months now daily. If you clear dustbin tank and clean brushes regularly, you actually don’t need any maid. Both vacuuming and mopping works perfect.. Parts are very easy to clean.\n\nBefore buying I was bit worried about after sales support, but\ntheir after sales support is great. After 10 months I noticed that battery life came down from 90 min to 30 min. It was still under warranty, I have contacted the customer support, they arranged free pickup next day, fixed the problem and sent it back..now it’s working perfectly like new. Thank you ilife for such a great product, it really makes life easy.

Awesome product and service. There are 5-8 of these in use across my family and everyone loves it. The best in class and across brands. My newly bought A9S had problems with the water tank not dispensing water, I contacted helpdesk, they picked up the water tank via fedex, fixed it and sent it back via fedex very soon. I’m a very happy customer. This after extensive reviews of all products and using this since the past 6 months. Thank you Madhu and Priyanka.
