There was no instruction manual in the box and it had the thermacol padding only at that bottom and not at the top. Worst part is that the tray in itself is missing!! Definitely a faulty product. Even the top display is not visible after plugging in the power cable. I think whoever packed was either half a sleep or has made to work overtime!!

A product which has to handle up to 200 degree temperature, it’s electronics part should also be strong enough. Just 9 nine months from the purchase, it’s Control Knob and Push to start knob automatically stopped while cooking. Had to get it repaired from the market. , coz after sales services are like sarkari systems , kab hoga, jab hoga , tab hoga .

It’s a good product, value for money, working well. But the control should be better.
