I Love this product very much. Ordered this chimney on Amazon got delivered within 2 days, applied for installation and action was so immediate they sent engineer same day and job was done perfectly.

After using it for almost 2 years, would say Inalsa has come out with a state of art, with good suction (not very strong) Chimney in a grand manner.
What ailed was the installation person who duped us by saying that Chimney outlet pipe is not free and took ₹1000/- from us (it is mentioned that it is free) and saying that only outer covering comes for free.

Inalsa needs to work on the Instructions manual, particularly the Maintenance part of it. This model is filterless…but it talks about filter. Also, see point 5…”moistened organise liquor”.
The customer care numbers do not respond. I found my own way to get it installed after which i received call from Inalsa. I do not expect much from the company as after sales coz my interaction was disappointing.
Two months later…..now the Heat Cleaning sensor is inoperative!
