I like this product , especially the burner quality is too good, knob movement is fine , flame shape and color is perfect.

Their services are terrible and unreliable, had the same issue twice with burners, the first time I had issue it took them 3 months to resolve and this time it’s been a month already and didn’t get any proper reply after calling them multiple times, and the CSE of Inalsa Bangalore Mr. Sheik is inefficient in handling the issue and has no accountability towards grievances, and also the way he responded to us is very rude and unacceptable. Hope they resolve our issue as soon as possible atleast now and also I request u guys to buy any other products which have proper service quality inorder to avoid this situation.

This is a decent stove. The glass on The glass smuges easily, so you need to keep it pretty clean if you want it it look good. Just a touch and your palm print is clearly visible, and the stove is smodged again. The burners are good, though the stands tend to leave an odour when the burners are used, at least for the first few uses. The color of the stand changes a bit too, overtime(see picture).

I would have appreciated if the knobs had a more precise range of operation, but I think I’ll get used to it over time. The knobs are smooth, and easy to use.

Please note this is an LPG stove; for PNG you need to make adjustments to the product, which might cost you extra.

I have no regrets buying this. It is decent and gives value for money.
