Its good product. But plastic parts of the base and the lid should be of much better qwality.

The media could not be loaded.
First item received was damaged. Replaced item is working nicely till now.
Very easy to operate, nice look, easy to clean inside. Takes 5 to 8 minutes to come to boil with full capacity. Warming (drinkable) needs 2 to 3 minutes based on input voltage. At my location voltage drops to 190V, it works at that also but takes a longer time. Not sure whether works below that or not.
It reduces gas bill,at the cost of electricity bill….

You can buy it without any doubt.. body is not plastic not metal.. i am using it from 1 year(dailybasis) and works fine for me… autocut is available.. maggie can be cooked😅big in size…
