Do not opt to buy a garnett steamer until and unless you really feel the need. Nothing can be better than ironing over a board or table. These type of garment steamers look good on video. Difficult to use, imagine ironing a cloth duly hanged…Difficult

Company needs to quality check the goods in India, before shipment to customers. It seems the product is never examined locally after it’s imported from China, and despatched as it is.
First time, I received the package with two fixing clamps of left side (instead of 1 left and 1 right side). This made the ironing board unfixable. I returned it.
The replacement was a little better – it had the right clamps, however, the steam outlet pipe was bent and compressed, and if I hadn’t noticed it before switching it on, would have resulted in the tube popping off when steam pressure built up inside. Fortunately, noticed it, straightened the pipe before powering on. Have used the product a few times over few weeks, performing pretty well, as of now.
My suggestion: Just one QC check by company before despatch could avoid these niggles, and significantly enhance customer experience.
