I have used two kettles in the past like Morphy Richards & Bajaj, Bajaj was pathetic didn’t last for a year and Morphy Richards was giving problems after 2 years and not was beyond repair after the warranty period of one year. Inalsa on other hand offer 2 years warranty and the option of an extended warranty for a further 2 years. The kettle provides fast boiling of water as well as safe auto shut and dry boil protection, which is good in this price range. It looks very esthetic thanks to the LED panel which adds extra zest to design and cleaning of the kettle is very easy due to wide opening of the cover. The Glass is durable, tough, and feels premium. Generally, people go for established brands and end up paying more for features they actually require but the Inalsa is a very good alternative with the strong build quality, functionality, and esthetics. I would recommend the kettle for Hostel guys, Bachelors, and Tea addicts.

Fast heating boiling auto stop beautiful look and design blue loght makes it stylish but after fre days lights stoped working but main boiling function is v good. A must have product for not only drinking water but best for using boiled water to clean fruit vegitable pestisides use instant boiled water for tea fast tea making washing hands and face bath with mixing normal tap water when your gyser is not working no chance of rusting. Visibal boiling through glass looks grwat. In metal u can’t see through if it’s clean or not also in metal if u use non RO water it can lead to salt formation on metal wth rust but glass is best if u can use it safely of glass don’t know if it will break or not with fall on floor but it’s strong as it feels so. I purchased 02 kettles considering 02 year warranty that shall be provided by OEM. But in winters, when I started using the kettles, one kettle stopped working within usage of 10-15 days. Now I am trying to contact Inalsa customer care through app, phone and website, but I am unable to contact. The model in not available on Inalsa website for raising the complaint, the app is saying, ‘something went wrong, please try again later’ and on phone, I waited for atleast 10 minutes to talk to customer care executive, IVR kept saying to wait for it, and then phone disconnected.
Don’y buy any Inalsa product if you expect that product may fail at any time during warranty period. Inalsa may not be contactable.

Update: the defect in kettle was attended by service engineer within 02 days, the service engineer came to my house away from 60km, walked even 3-4 km to my house. He also updated that the kettle is of latest model so probably not updated on the website too. Kudos to Inalsa for such a great customer service, and a product.
