The Inalsa Stand mixer looks stylish and is versatile and sturdy. It is easy to use and is comparatively cheaper to the expensive stand mixers in the market. The dough hook,paddle mixer and planetary mixer attachments are made of stainless steel which make them durable. It also has a lock option for the bowl and a timer which are helpful. Time will tell whether it is value for money product in the long run..

Stand Mixer is heavy & sturdy. Tried Kneading & whisking both went very well. Easy to operate & easy to clean. It does vibrate while heavy kneading & little noisy but does the task perfectly.
Comes with 2.5 years warranty. Overall a great buy & very happy customer. First Inalsa Product, hope fully a going to be a great association.

Everything looks and feels good when we opened this machine!! Very sturdy looks cute and compact. High quality material at all places including the hooks(they were all made of steel!!).
But and it’s a big but because it failed quite miserably when it comes to knead dough and create gluten for breads and soft rolls!! Now the machine has no problem with the power which was perfect but the design of the movement of dough hook was so bad that the whole flour would just wrap itself around the hook and would become a ball and there would be no kneading by the hook. It would just revolve round and round without beating the dough to the sides of the container. It would frustrate the heck out of me that I have to stop the machine and then keep on removing the dough form the hook and then again start the machine hoping that it would not clump around the hook. And later on half of the dough would just stuck itself at the bottom and remaining would become a ball and it still would not “knead” the dough. Anyways after trying it for 6 days and making bread soft rolls everyday I decided to return the machine. Very disappointed with Inalsa on this product. We have been a regular buyer of Inalsa products so when I saw this commercial die cast machine I bought it without a second thought. Hopefully Inalsa would rectify the design. This machine is very good for chapati aata which hardy requires any kneading but you cannot use it for breads because it won’t knead the dough to develop gluten.

By far its been a great experience using Inalsa stand mixer. We make doughs almost on daily basis, Have also tried making doughs for pizza base as well. All have turned out well. It is sturdy and not too loud compared to other stand mixer that we have tested. Its all stainless steel attachments makes it easy to use and also is dishwasher safe. Overall, its a plesant experience.
