Good for thin casual wear and heavy work clothes.
Cons: Not good for cotton shirts.
Gloves are not included in the box.

Traditional iron box is more convenient. I bought Inalsa traditional one 4years back which got spoiled and so replaced it with this hand held steam.
1. It boils your fingers because of the steam. It is useless without the whole setup of stand etc,
2. If you want to use it for any urgent it’s useless.
3. Time taking for each garment is more than traditional iron box.
The overall experience is very bad that it is Waste of money

I baught on 18 april 2023 , just in 5 min garment steamer front parts melted ..the customer support service is excellent .. pick up and drop facility given for such a small .. replaced the part and now working good
