Overall a good mobile!! Still needed more sound and packaging was very hard and found difficulty when unboxing

The media could not be loaded.
I had bought it for my mother who has vision issues. She had been using JIO phone so far.
The Itel MagicX is overall good phone, but they compromised in the loud speaker quality and my mother did not find it loud enough to replace JIO phone.
Pros:
1. Supports JIO 4G VoLTE
2. Reasonable Cost
3. Light weight
4. Loud Voice for Calls and but not loud for Ringtones
5. King Voice is a very helpful feature for elderly people because it speaks the dialed numbers as well as Callers name.
6. King voice has a feature to increase or decrease the pitch and rate of the voice.
7. Automatic or Manual keypad lock can be disabled (useful for elderly people)
8. File Browser available
Limitations:
1. The phone’s speaker is small and produces less voice (compared to JIO Keypad phone)
2. The speaker is on the back of the body and so when the phone is lying on the back the sound gets blocked.
3. Only Micro SIM card supported. Doesnt support Nano SIM card.
4. Menu Items cannot be re-arranged as per user’s choice.
5. Shortcut Keys cannot be configured as per user’s choice
6. King Voice supports only English and Hindi languages.
7. Keypad backlight is very low in brightness
8. the phone’s body is glossy which causes fingerprints marks
9. No user manual in the box
10. No built-in option check software version or to upgrade it.
