First hesitatant about its sixe but Fits snugly in the ear. Sounds good but call quality reception on the other side to improve.

I’ve used it for a month now. The sound quality is decent however, in 15 days it started giving out hissing sound on the left bud. There is no way to contact Jabra support. Guess this one those purchases where I am stuck with the issue.

I have ordered 2 and one of the item there was a problem either with software because while call it was unable to pickup our voice.
Not as good connecting problem not compatible with most of the mobile –
It would be good to have use the buds individually
Amazon Customer –
Although the earphones themselves were fine, the charging case stopped working after just over one month.
No blinking light when you try to charge the case and the process of getting customer service was more complicated than navigating a government office.
When you apply for return, the Amazon app provides little help and you have to go through weeks of back and forth with bots on the Jabra customer support before getting any kind of response.
As someone who had used another Jabra product very easily for three years, thought I would be equally happy with the new purchase. Sadly, it had been terrible.

Don’t like it as it’s a brand not expected like this from a brand as it is little expensive
