I’ve been finicky about how these devices fit inside the ear. The JBL does a good job and this Jabra gets quite clos. I can wear it for long hours and I’m glad it connects to my windows laptop and helps with office calls. For me the passive noise cancellation is quite impressive on its own as I’m rarely able to hear people around even when they talk to me. Also the people on the call can’t hear the commotion around me on a busy work floor. So I’m impressed. I’ve used this less for music but i can’t complain. It sounds quite good even if i leave the equlaiizer settings flat. Even for calls when connected to my android device it’s brilliant. Same with gaming audio. I can’t find a fault with this set really besides a few times when i feel both the pieces go out of sync on a call n then match up in mili seconds. I think I’ve finally found a worthy successor to the plantronics voyager 5200. Recommended for calls and music is that order of priority. Pairing this with my firetv stick was astonishing too. While i missed the physical vibrations of my subwoofer and the Dolby effects this set was brilliant in packing a punch and helped me enjoy a good war movie as the family slept. 😉

The sound quality is very solid to enjoy the music on bus. Comfortable when using it and the denoising is amazing :))

I bought these around January 2023, however barely after using these for 6 months, one of the earpieces doesn’t work anymore. (I’m a gentle user)
If you’re a music enthusiast, these are good for starters. However I’m not sure about their durability. Price in general is a bit on the higher side

I was in the market for a pair of TWS earbuds and after much scourging, this brand (Jabra Elite 3) showed up as one of the contenders (The other two were SONY and JBL), in the under 5k price range.
These earbuds are NOT loud. So if you’re looking for ear busting sound, then these are not for you. In my case my decision was based on a very specific requirement. They had to be light weight and fit snugly into my ears during my workouts (both strength training, as well as running). After using them for a whole week, I am happy that they DID NOT slip out of my ear even once.
On day one I just went with the default medium size silicon bud but by evening I decided to change it to the large sized one and have been quite happy with the decision.
The sound, like I mentioned earlier, is not very loud but then I anyway listen to audio only at around 30% of my phones volume settings.
It is worth noting that the earbud somewhat seals off the ear so its nearly impossible to have a conversation without removing them first.
Overall, they sound good and are sweat resistant with clear distortion free sound.
They seem to be a good buy at this price point.

Calls are not clear . The caller cannot hear you properly . I’m using it on my iPhone XR

Problem with connecting, battery starts draining faster, case cap is loose.
