I had Logitech H340 and used it for the last year before the mic broke. It was 7 years old. it worked great and mic quality is good too.
I donot see much improvement , when it comes to Jabra. It has additional control to mute/adjust sound.
overall a OK product.

everything is great but i have not received the pouch as shown in pic and as these headphones are not foldable so difficult to keep

Great product, works extremely well with Skype. But if you are looking for the one compatible with ms teams, then this is not the one. This will not work with MS teams and Zoom. You will hear a continuous dial in tone sound when you take a call on zoom or ms teams using this one.

This is the third Jabra head set I have purchased, all for different family members. This piece especially is real value for money. The previous one through Amazon, though similar priced, did not come with its zipped bag , but just a transparent plastic cover. This one had the proper cover with padding. The best part I like about this apart from its sturdy build, voice quality and noise cancellation is the head set being detachable from its voice control unit and connectable to mobile phone jack. Thumbs up for this innovation!!

Background noise cancellation of mic during a con call using laptop is pretty good. Audio quality in terms of hearing songs / voice is good. Product perform as mentioned in the specifications.
It would have been good if Type C USB is provided instead of Type A.

Too long wire and has two part to it..
A bit uncomfortable with long wire. And while on webex sometime noise is low.
The pouch given is very small and is irritating to put back the whole setup in the bag.

I brought this for the WFH support. It was a replacement of my plantronics headset.
1. Comfortable for long meetings
2. No heating issue
3. Cushion is sufficient and its providing good feeling to the ears while wearing. Not harsh.
4. Long enough wire and seems to be tangle free
5. USB connector not 3.5mm jack. I bought this on purpose because I am using 2 PCs and I have a switching device to switch common accessories like printer, headset, keyboard and mouse to those machine. That device is only supporting USB connection.
6. Clear sound no distraction.
The down side is no noise cancellation available
