Worked great, when it worked.
Issues with being unable to mute, full reset cleared. Second time that happened, nothing worked, and had customer support on phone.
Was told to return it, at my own expense. Ok, can I get a replacement sent now so I can have my headset for work? No. (other companies will issue immediately and put hold on credit card until return is in with them).
3 weeks to get my headset, supposedly will arrive tomorrow. Disappointed in the timing for something that was not cheap (however I do see prices have dropped).
I suspect the price reflects the reliability.

These headphones are a great option for work. I am on calls all day and found that I can go 2-3 days without charging the battery. They sound good when using with an IPad to listen to music or watch movies. The microphone pulls down when needed and then recesses into the ear up when not using. I have been using these now for about 5 weeks and have found no issues. The noise cancellation is really good and the heat through option is a great feature.

Excellent product and company. Unfortunately in headphones , it’s like shoes . One size doesn’t fit all. The sound with these was fantastic but didn’t fit the right angle on head and ears

I believe this is my first Amazon review and I’m only doing this so that other people know not to buy this product.
I have the older Jabra wireless Bluetooth headsets but I needed a “cup” headphone type because my ears would hurt. So, I switched to these after literal years of using old headset.
You gotta understand — I used to be able to take calls in hotel lobby (think how nuts Fountainbleau Miami is) and others on the call would have no idea. That’s how good the old headset was.
Now the new one is terrible — noise cancellation (both for what you hear around you along with what other people hear from you), sometimes it literally doesn’t turn on, sometimes it’ll work for 30 minutes straight and then it’d basically turn off on its own — id have to powe cycle the headset.
please learn from my mistakes. This headset is terrible and not worth the price. Don’t buy it. Save your money and wait for some other similar product. I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
