comprei um headphone jabra active 65t a um ano e meio. Depois de um ano aproximadamente ele começãou a ter uma duração de bateria, quando escutando em volume médio, de menmos de uma hora de uso. Contatei o suporte e tudo qaue me falaram para fazer não resulveu o problema, por fim falaram que não tinha solução e para o Brasil não tem garantia, mesmo vendendo no Brasi, creio que isso é até contra a lei do meu pais. em suma não comprem pois não é um bom produto e não tem garantia alguma

Avoid buying this as the charging case has a lot of issues. Mine stopped charging after 1.5 years and since it’s out of warranty, the support guys told they can’t do anything. Now the buds worth 13k is useless. You can find the issues with charging case by searching on google.
Better go for Apple AirPods. You will never regret the investment.

Excelente qualidade de som, com bom abafamento e funciona a distâncias razoáveis da fonte sem falhar.
Demora um pouco para adaptar o uso anatomicamente e a bateria poderia oferecer durabilidade melhor, mas ainda assim vale muito a pena a compra!

The warranty clearly states that if within warranty the product stops working and it is not damaged by the customer, the customer will receive replacement but its been almost a month and these guys are not replacing the product. Instead they are offering a lower model! Pathetic post sale service!!
