Liked this product from the word go! Pros: Great battery life, long range,usb-c, noise cancellation and clarity. Not so great: voice commands, no voice alerts for muted/unmuted status. Overall a solid competitor to v5200 at a budget!

These are good headphones.
Easily connects to your laptop and phone and you can take calls without the need of switching device.
Standby battery backup is good but talk time is not so good.
Most disappointed because a carrying pouch is not provided with device. Given the fact that this is a delicate device, it should have provided with carrying pouch.

This headset is dedicated to a particular group of users who are taking calls Mobile / PC a lot.
( Only gave 4 because of the claim of 100min)
Build Quality 10/10
Nice cancellation 10/10
Bluetooth Connectivity – 8/10 ( why as claimed 100m is on open field not inside house with walls , yes connects in less than 1 sec) Works even if you one floor down or up
Comfort – It depends , if you use spectacles /glasses then you need to learn the trick to were . it is so light weight that you might forget that it is hanging .
Battery – With Video + POD cast + calls easily 10+ hours
Yes Volume is low…. some elderly people might find very low in a noise full situation . But your mic works outstanding during noise. Do not think to drive bike with it ( no way you won’t be able hear ) But inside car works supper .
Connects both Laptop and Mobile at same time and I can take call on both just need to mute from my side one source while talking Can hear both Laptop call and Mobile same time……. ( 10/10 ) for this . And remembers around 7-8 devices . Cool

Please do not risk buying if out of the country of origin as Amazon’s return policy does not allow for returns if the item is faulty, have tried contacting them but unfortunately to no avail. I hope I get a reply from the seller.
Item’s battery is dead right from the box and charging it does nothing, does not work right out of the box.

This is my third bluetooth earpiece for mobile and my best yet. I’ve had a plantronics voyager ($50-$100) which was ok but battery life was a bit of an issue and I don’t think had noise cancelling. I then got a NewBee model, which was ok and lastest for 18 months until it snapped off where you twist the boom. The parrot is well built and feels more solid. I find the sound quality is better as well and it feels like it fits my ear better. No complaints from people on the other end as well – able to have a conversation in the car without residual background noise. Seems to last for a while on standby as well. This purchase was a “used” or refurbished one – came in original packaging and was in perfect condition.

If you are looking for a good mono headset, go for it without any second thought. Noise cancellation is excellent. It can be paired with Jabra link 370.
I am working in a very noisy office environment. It cancels all the sounds and the other side callers can hear me clearly. I paired this with link 370 as Bluetooth option is not the in my office laptop.
It would be great if they provide hard carry case for this. I bought a carry case separately from AirCase for 200 rupees. And it is too good. Without a case, it is very difficult to protect the headset.
If you are facing low voice issues, use any other ear gels instead of using the given ones.

Edit 1:
I recently upgraded my mobile from Samsung A70s to Samsung S20FE5G and to my surprise the only issue that I had with Jabra Talk 45 i.e. frequent Bluetooth disconnection got fixed automatically.
Jabra Talk 45 now works like a blaze with no noticeable problem at all & I can say that one can consider this device if the use case is taking a lot of calls as it really is very convenient, has good battery life, and gives no pain to ears & on top it there is no/little possibility of losing it while on the move due to its Ear Hook accessory that comes along with it.
I have been using this product for the last 2 years and I can say that it does the job well on many occasions; however, there is one issue that sometimes spoils the whole experience. The problem is that this Bluetooth headset keeps disconnecting from mobile and if there is a phone call that comes at that time then one has to figure out suddenly that the phone is currently not in hands-free mode.
I have tried updating the firmware many times but this issue fails to go.
Secondly, this headset support connecting with 2 devices at the same time however this feature does not work properly as its keeps disconnecting always.
I am still hanging on with this device because it’s very compact, easy to use & ear does not hurt even after wearing it all day.
