Powerful machine but need refinement.
Stainless steel jars are heavy and we’ll built. Best thing is that the design is generic. One can easily replace one or buy an extra one.

I am writing this review after more than 1 year of use. The mixer is very poor quality. The revolving part of mixer started making noise and changed its orientation in very 1st month. The customer service phones are not reachable also no one responds on email. Unfortunately I had to buy new one offline. Complete waste of money.
