Ergonomic wise the fit could be better to give a secure fit while jogging, running, cardio, etc.
Sound quality is 10 on 10.
ANC for the asking price works surprisingly good.

PROs
1) Good earbuds for bass lovers. Works best with music.
2) Good for movies, there is dedicated video mode in jbl app, and calls to, the other person was able to hear me clearly even if i spoken with low voice, when background was silent. But in noisy background you need to speak loud.
3) fits very good and comfortably in ear, no chances of dropping it off.
4) you’ll get jbl app from which u can customize the way u want
Cons
1) my ear was in pain after using it for 2.5-3 hours in row, so can’t use for long time continuously.
2) build quality is not that good, looks like cheap earbuds and entirely made of plastic
3) price is too high. If u can get it around 5k to 6k then only it’s value for money. Don’t go for it above 6k price point.

Charging is not working on the tws from day1. This is second bitter experience with JBL. My last tws also JBL which stopped working exactly after 1 year that is after warranty expiry

Sound is great but earphones are bulky.
But one earphones stopped working after 3 months.
Jbl arranged pickup from home (since 3rd Sept, 2023) but no replacement after 1.5 months. I am daily calling JBL service centre but no resolution.
Very poor service from JBL.
Not recommended to buy these overpriced product and from a company like JBL that provide such poor service.
