Bought it on 16 Mar, 2023 & writing my review on 7 Jun, 2023. So far it has left me dissatisfied with its performance. Battery back up is good and it is a good bud for listening music (You won’t feel disappointed). However, I have faced many issues.
1) JBL headphone app doesn’t respond sometimes (A lot of time). Therefore, the user is unable to change settings for ambient aware, talk thru and customize EQ.
2) Sometimes when you are listening to music and receive calls the caller won’t understand anything that you are saying. The only way to fix this is by resetting the buds and reconnecting the buds again.
3) Again, sometimes at the start of the day when you connect the buds and call someone they won’t understand anything. Fix is the same as above.
4) I think ambient aware of talk thru doesn’t work at all.

No voice cancellation but while speak my voice other end listening clear seaparatly .i check n this upgrade need to provide voice cancellation to cancle background noise

Connecting these earphones to the devices other than phone such as tv or computer is the pain in the @$$….it doesn’t show only for very long time……but once connected the sound quality is best and the controls are buttery smooth…..and yes it can connect to only one Device at a time I am ok with that……

I have used multiple earbuds before, like whole boat series nd they fit in ear perfectly, idk if its just me but these fall off my ear everytime i tilt head nd move or walk, rather to say they aren’t perfectly shaped for my ear. The audio is great tho
