Bought it on 16 Mar, 2023 & writing my review on 7 Jun, 2023. So far it has left me dissatisfied with its performance. Battery back up is good and it is a good bud for listening music (You won’t feel disappointed). However, I have faced many issues.
1) JBL headphone app doesn’t respond sometimes (A lot of time). Therefore, the user is unable to change settings for ambient aware, talk thru and customize EQ.
2) Sometimes when you are listening to music and receive calls the caller won’t understand anything that you are saying. The only way to fix this is by resetting the buds and reconnecting the buds again.
3) Again, sometimes at the start of the day when you connect the buds and call someone they won’t understand anything. Fix is the same as above.
4) I think ambient aware of talk thru doesn’t work at all.

Sound quality is good 👍 and not recommended for calling purpose . No noise cancellation featured in this 🙁

The media could not be loaded.
Sound quality is very good, it has good base, but there’s something terribly wrong with this product. I got this replaced twice and still that issue persists. Whenever I’m under bridges, flyovers or big metal structures there is a disturbance in the earphones.
I don’t know if this is a glitch. I’ve faced this issue many times .
Overall the product is good. Battery backup is average though. I would’ve given it 4 star if that disturbance issue was not there.

I have been using this earbuds more than a month now, and these are the best earbuds I have ever purchased for myself in a long time. I used to use very cheap once, which costed around 1000 bucks, but this one was on a really good deal. So, I will start with Pros and then tell the cons –
Pros:
1. Lightweight in ears
2. Very crisp sounds and amazing bass – like u can hear every note in the song.
3. About 5-6 hours of battery Life with Custom EQ
4. Fast Charging with type C
5. Doesn’t fall from ears while working out or running.
6. Has a lot of customisation in EQ, also, Ambient sound and talk through works perfectly fine.
7. ANC also works fine.
Cons:
1. Personally I felt some ear pain, not very aggressive but mild pain.
2. the earbuds don’t fit to my size, so I am using a smaller size which fits properly, doesn’t fall, but its a little uncomfortable for me.

Au départ je me suis laissé séduire par le Wireless Charging Case annoncer dans le descriptif d’Amazone, qu’elle ne fut pas ma déception au moment d’utiliser le chargeur sans fils, ne l’achetez surtout pas pour ce seul critères . Pour le reste les écouteurs remplissent parfaitement leurs rôles et me donnent satisfaction.

The sound on these is great and I love the colour (which honestly doesn’t matter, but it is nice). I do find them a bit tricky to remove from the case, and have dropped them a few times, which is not ideal, but they fit nicely in my ears and have made commuting a little less painful.
The charge seems to last for ages, which is a huge plus. I also appreciate that they charge with a USB-C cable, of which I have approximately 526 to choose from.
