First I was going to return them.. was hurting my ear, having hard time turning on and off. Everytime I pressed against my ear it hurt my ear.. what made me keep them was when I was using them at work in a loud environment. . Was on the phone with a customer and embarrassed for all the loud talking around me and apologized to my customers for the loud talking. Customer said I can’t hear anything, it sounds very quiet. I said I’m keeping these. It’s always been a problem with previous ear phones, customers complained of the background noise. Now I’m use to them and figured out how to use them.

I have bought several different styles of earbuds over the last few years, but none could ever replace my AirPods, which have slowly been losing battery capacity. I have a couple of different styles of Beats, but the headset is the only pair that gets any use and that’s only when I run… and only when I run at home in the daylight because I refuse to wear them in public or at night because I can’t hear anything else. ENTER THE JVC NEARPHONES! GUYS! I gave them a 5 on noise cancellation BECAUSE THEY DON’T! …and that’s the point! I love that I can use them one at a time, too! I wear them both when I’m driving because I have big noisy tires and the whine is too much over one earbud, but I love that I can still hear my truck and the traffic around me. These are so comfortable, too. They don’t feel super secure, but that’s because you can’t feel them at all. I think once or twice I’ve had some ear pain, but I can just adjust them very little and it goes away. I had one fall off once but I was upside down and forgot I was wearing it. They don’t hold on for dear life, but they also don’t bounce when I run… they’re literally not there. My son hasn’t complained that he can hear my books either… I took one phone call and the other person didn’t complain about how I sounded so I can only assume it was fine. All-in-all, I LOVE these. They’re bulky to see, but I honestly don’t care much about that since I was able to get them in the lighter color (it’s more a very light gray than white, which is another plus) and since they’re so comfy. I have NOT worn them with my sunglasses yet, and that might be an issue, but we’ll make it work.

I’m a heavy earbud user. I was surprised at how good the sound was and how comfortable they were! Plus battery life is very long! Overall a solid value and alternative headphone option
My only complaints:
1. The charging – over time the headphones bend and no long seat firmly in the charging case. Closing the lid doesn’t hold them in place so they will constantly connect/disconnect at slightest jostle. Very annoying if you’re trying to only wear one ear at a time. I ended up using a rubber band to make sure the ear buds charge.
2. The flashing light – I’m told it’s disconcerting if I’m wearing them and looking at someone. My ears flash a bright white light at them every couple seconds. Moreover, using them at night is beyond obnoxious unless I cover my head with something.
3. Would be willing to pay more for a model with a Find function. The white light helps me locate a dropped headphone so perhaps that’s the purpose. But I would gladly pay more for a premium option that would chirp if I lost it (like Samsung buds). Especially if that took out the white light!
Would absolutely buy an updated model that resolved these issues. As it is, they are still great for what I paid. I just might not replace them with the same model.

Hello,
I will first begin with the positive because I am very happy with the headphones when I am using them. I’ve only had this headset for 3 months and it has a long battery life I can go throughout the day at work and more.
****Please note these headsets were designed to let you hear outside noises so it is not noise canceling. headset. ***
Anyways, I like them because I can enjoy listening to music or my pod cast while engaging in conversations with others at work related task, or personal it does not block me from hearing them. It also provides a powerful punch when it comes to performance. when you want to ignore outside noises also. it is a great alternative to people who likes it going over the ear to ensure it doesn’t fall off when walking or doing an exercise. all in all a good headphone.
***it does not work well if the place you are going to is a very loud area such as restaurants, arcades***
However there are some issues that I have come across in this short period span.
Charging – After sometime I noticed the headphone bend to your ear curvature (which is fine), however, this doesn’t allow the earpiece to seat on the charging case without lifting this causes it not to charge and I had to use tape to hold it down.
Disconnecting and connecting – the headset constantly connects/ disconnects at the slightest shift, it is very cumbersome and it bothers me as someone who uses one headphone when working, and I don’t like having to use a tape to hold it down.
I am willing to pay more to if they can fix this issue. It seems that I am not the only one with this issue as I read others had this problem.
Thank you.
