I don’t often use earbuds, and if sound quality isn’t the biggest priority. It’s not like I don’t care, it’s more that if I am aiming for max HiFi sound, I just go with enclosed over-ear headphones. More important to me is how they handle voice. So here is my takeaway after using these for a few weeks:
– I prefer rubber ear pieces. IMHO the sound better and it feels more secure on/in my ear. The hard design JVC sports on these has the advantage of being easy to clean. Also rubber caps tend to fall off at the most inconvenience time
– The design is simple and well done. The buttons are not touch. JVC decided to use micro switches that are enclosed under the rubber skin or the outer case. Less sophisticated but easier to use and provides a tactile feedback.
– Wireless earbuds are still massive compared to cable in-ears. These are no exception.
– The case is solid but also not small.
– Pairing is easy by keeping the button on the headphones pressed
All in all these are good headphones. If the brand-image (or the lag off) isn’t an issue, these are a good alternative to more expensive earbuds. Music sounds okay. The noise cancelling is more of a box feature, and not really comparable to higher priced headphones. Still five stars, especially considering the price. Recommended for those who want the comfort of wireless, but don’t need a high end product.

JVC was at one time a quality Panasonic brand. Lower price, fewer features but good quality. It was spun off from Panasonic, but these ear buds seem to follow the profile. NOT in ear, but they are very comfortable and stay in ear if you are not moving erratically. Sound is good. Battery life is good. No complaints. I should add that I had FOUR sets of Panasonic “true wireless” ear buds before these and had to return all of them as a result of defects. At a fraction of the price these are just a better deal.

Bluetooth connection dropped sometimes, sound quality is good, JVC. Dont expect for phone call use. For listening the music at this price range is a good choice. Unless you pay for up to a hundred to include the voice cancellation?

Bad sound quality. If you compair with airpods you never buy this.

i have had a few pairs of ear buds and these are the first that don’t let you use one and then the other only left can be used alone and everyone I talk to on phone says there is terrible Echo.
