Whole body is durable but the motor got stopped working after 1 year.
I think company should improve the quality of the motor

Nobody from Kenstar visited for installation of product, as agreed by them over phone.

Dont buy plastic coolers. The product gets start damaging within 2 3 years

Not useful product don’t buy east of money I plan to buy another air cooler for good cold. Kenstar is brand now it works local air cooler is better

Appealing features.performance is good.Only drawback is I am unable to fill the tank to its brim.The valve is closing halfway so I have to fill the tank for every three hours.

This is best product.. we just purchased this cooler in the year 1999.. its been 20 years it is still wotking and in good condition. Never visits to a mechanic, same motor working without any trouble. Don’t worry about plastic body, it is still in same condition. Water pump stoped working after 4,5 years. More over its june 13 and temperature is 45° in punjab and i am writing this review siting front of this cooler.. its been 20 years guys
