Never buy kenstar cooler they did not provide service. To thier product nor spare available in market no sense of brand value or providing service. If you think they will provide service even after continues follow up written or verbal . They are not going to do so i have proof don’t buy kenstar product

Bought this last summer, didn’t use during rainy and winter season. Motor is jammed, not able to rotate even with both hands. Poor quality iron used in the motor surface and the motor support structure

This cooler is the worst piece of crap. please do not buy this. the model is just so user unfriendly…opening it is a big pain and its motor does not work properly. its function tabs are just useless. a real piece of crap from Kenstar….i am very dissapointed….I hate this product.

As this time it is not required to install so it kept as packed as I received from the source.
