I have been using Kenstar water coolers for over 10 years now – and this particular model is really great. I have about 3 of them in use and they work really well. I have tried other brands only to realise that for the predicatability and price point – nothing beats this model.

I think the cooler served my purpose. I was looking for something that can be used during the short summer in the place that I reside. Please note that this cooler is apt for a single person ( 2 maybe ) but you have to be in close range of the cooler; the best part of the cooler is that it is super portable, chic looking, has an easy outlet at the top for pouring in the required water. Does not make that much noise as well (bearable).
If you are looking for something that will need to cool the entire room, you may want to look at a bigger capacity cooler.

May I submit that the product was recieved timely and in working condition. However after sparingly using the product for about 20 days it refuses to work. I had gifted the product to my aged parents at the address of delivery. May I request you to have the unserviceability attended to and confirm.

The cooler is little damaged from down side near the little wheel….and water is leaked..

Noisy, cooling is not good. Cooling pad smells bad at least for a week + .
Drain plug is not good.

Received on time with minor damaged product, this is not the good choice if you are staying in coastal areas/more of humidity locations

Good one under12L cooler. Fits everywhere and easy to maintain. It makes some noise but bearable. Price is awesome.
