Not even 1 percent satisfied with the purchase of this cooler. I knew the limitations of a personal a personal cooler but this one cannot give proper air to the person sitting infront of it leave cooling a small room even. I bought it for the same purpose of cooling in very close proximity. But the air speed is pathetic.
I had better options which I did not consider and went with this though I had doubts on its performance. I was proved right. Since I cannot refund it I will have to bear it. Wasted my 4500 Rs on this. Pls people do not buy this. You will be doomed. Would have given zero 🌟 if possible. It’s just a piece of expensive toy. Had I known this I would have spent some 2-3k more and bought a better one.

Brought this almost 2months
Silent, good air throw, but no cooling in range on 1 meter,
Entire night only 2-3L water consumption.
Dust filter can’t clean back.
I keep dusting weekly still all black.
No proper finishing.
On Amazon in package wheel mention, as per company they do not provide.
Air leakage as no proper fitting of back cover.
In short if you are looking for cooling then pls do not, if only fan usage on small shops and stores just to use like a fan it’s ok.

Kenstar Nix Personal Cooler has a broken ice compartment cover and water from the pump overflows into the ice compartment during cooling and spills out.

This is absolutely mid product. Don’t get it wrong, despite being labelled as a “cooler fan”, It does not blow cold air from it at all; Not even if you put ice in the designated ice tray. This works a very tiny tower fan at best. With that said. The force of air that blows out of it pretty good, and the noise very low. But on god, the swing function and the horizontal spread of air from the fan is mad cap. You’ll be better off buying a bigger, faster, although unbranded locally engineered air cooler, that too for almost half the price. Thank you.
