IT MAKES MUCH SOUND OF FALLING WATER FROM HONEYCOMB PADS WHICH IS IRRITATING COMPANY MUST DO SOMETHING TO REDUCE THIS SOUND

Bought it last month and the pump went bad already. Struggling with manufacturer support for assistance and Amazon doesn’t cover warranty. Noise level is high. Not happy.

The media could not be loaded.
Well built. Good quality product. Instruction manual was limited. There’s no youtube video about how to install and all that. I would suggest the manufacturer to upload a video.
Although it was preety easy to install and get it to work.
Overall a good product.
