I brought this just before 40 days. It’s working like a heater not a cooler. It suddenly stopped pumping water and started ejecting hot air . What kind of quality is this. So a 16000 rupees product handly works properly for 60 days. Is this is reason why you give warranty only for a year. We keep seeing one or the other complaint every summer and you charge for it. I didn’t expect this from a kenstar product. Even before buying this we used kenstar cooler whose life was for almost 8 years without complaints.

Everything is good about this cooler except for its wheels. Gets stuck and makes the cooler immovable.
There is no other complain apart from this.
