Actually value for money. But I specifically mentioned here that loss of sweet water is very much hampered to the mass populous country like India. People have very much starved due to drinking water & they have converted salt water into sweet. Your system doesn’t coupe of with the Indian populous situation. I’m very much concerned about the product which you have loss so much for purification. Please realise the wards of starving due to drinking water.

The brand new product is making noise and it has been kept switched off. The executive explained later when we called him that the water inlet was closed by them and needs to be kept on.

1st impression :Good product and quick/ professional installation.
Next day had to call technitian again as waste water valve was faulty and due to this waste water was continuously coming out of blue pipe despite machine in off state.. technician had to replace the same.. Image that for a new product!!!
Feedback to kent : Kent need to do full QA /check device completely before dispatching.. Part replacement on newly purchased machine does not look good!

Product is good. Money also good but installation is sooo late I complained so many times after 5 days they came and installed. So plz if u r product is good plz maintain these things. And u people should always be support to customers otherwise they will not intrest on u r products. Thank u
