I really dissatisfied with Kent uf purifier. Waste of money this purifier won’t purify the municipal water. I am using it from last twenty bays i Cleaned it three times when I am cleaning lower tank i saw clearly the dust particles i really disappointed by seeing them. Not only that it won’t stop any one partical that is dissolved in water. Active charcoal powder particles also appears some time. I strongly telling everyone don’t buy this product there is no use at all, don’t buy don’t waste your money. All the above one part is working properly that is filter paper but that is placed on the charcoal so no use because charcoal is loosing powder particles. Finally there is no replacement also I buy this product for RS 2550.

Filter is good but it could be better if KENT provides base stand for filter, cause not everyone has wall space for filter fitting.

Ig it’s Better than the so cold RO Purifier Because it uses non harmful chemicals for the Purification that’s also it is best for Tap water u will get fresh sweet pure water and the reason it get called gravity water Purifier bc it kinda uses the gravity to purify the water tht also means it is so good for Water You’ll drink even if you’re not really looking for a WP u should buy this for ur family it’ll really help u and ur family to keep away from those watery disease tht get them sick.. Thanks!!

Being a gravity base purifier it is expected that the water is poured down to the final section automatically but the final filter cylinder has same problem as the air has to injected out of it everyday when the water is refilled
