Got the product with broken plug. I fixed it by myself but still didn’t work. Electrician tested circuit and resolved circuit problem between switch and timer. Additional rs250 and 2 days spent in repair.
Used it for a month now and have used it to make dosa/idily bater, chapati dough, and grating coconuts

Kent has designed this product really well. See how efficient the enclosure is in noise reduction. I’m happy with the product performance. One star less because I received a used product for the first time, thanks to Amazon’s great service, Replacement received was new and functioning great till the date. Daily i use it for atta kneading. Coconut grating could be better. Overall 5 star for the product performance.

Specifically while attempting to grind idli/dosa batter. the grinder proved to be highly inefficient. The process took an excessive amount of time, yielding coarse batter instead of fine. Had to regrind this through mixer grinder. really bad performance and the grinder heats up for running over 45 minutes, yet the batter is very coarse.
the grinder was used not more than 4-5 times, I encountered severe performance issues that rendered the grinder virtually unusable. it simply does not grind fine batter like any other wet grinders available in the market. Please do not buy this product, it is sheer waste of money.

Had to return twice and the replacement one stopped working within 2 weeks since return period is only for 10 days had to call Kent customer care, the technician charged for one time visit fees of 350rs even though it’s under warranty. Now after a month the grinding stone doesn’t grind properly..it takes more than 2 hrs to grind batter that too not smooth. The closing enclosure doesn’t help much with noise.. plz don’t regret purchasing this.

very good product,but packing very bad, warranty booklet damaged
