The product is good as long as it is working. Now, all of a sudden it’s motor has stopped working and kent is charging me 2500+250 for reparing it, without any additional warranty on motor. The cost comes to 2750. Getting it repaired appears to be foolish to me for I can happily get another machine in this range.

I would give this product zero stars .
Only a week passed and this product is not working properly. While i was using it there was so much smoke coming out of it .
Tried contacting kent for help 3 times and every time they are like we will send the technician but no follow or service after that. The technician never came and this machine is just sitting at my home doing nothing waste of money highly disappointed by kent and amazon as well.

Highly dissatisfied! Started giving problems from second month and had to send it for repair after 4 months of use. When opened, found that the product was already repaired before. Very unhappy with this service!
