rice use to get overcooked

It works, the rice ends up being cooked evenly and the non stick utensil provided to cook the rice in is good.
whats not good is the plastic body used in its construction as well as a quite noticeable burning smell at first use.
Included accessories are sub par at best and it is frankly overpriced for what is basically an induction cooker with a lid on top.

Delicate product may not last long is used rough or multiple uses per day. Ideal for two 3 people. Cost is definitely high due to the brand and should have been much less for the quality provided. However it Maybe OK if used carefully and on occasions.

I have an experience of using rice cooker from last 10 years and I love to cook rice , pulau and all such dish in rice cooker . But this piece was defective. I would request Amazon to ask the seller to check the product well before starting the delivery process . This piece is defective and doesn’t cook the rice well. The rice remains half cooked even after adding more and more amount of water and also rice gets sticked to the bottom leaving the base burnt. I am so fed up of these sellers on Amazon . Cheater!
