Sharing a point wise summary of experience based on 1 year of use and 1 year of trying to find service centre for repair:
1. Seller and Amazon were just fine (good packaging timely delivery, etc.), no issues with those.
2. Noise: The vacuum cleaner is as noisy as any other.
3. HEPA filter: Advertises a HEPA filter but no one will tell you that the filter gets dust clogged in 15 minute and needs to be cleaned (and for the life of you it will never be clean enough). Plus, the dirtier the filter, the lesser will be the suction.
4. Suction Power: Was good while it lasted. For me, now it doesn’t create vacuum at all. The motor runs but the machine doesn’t suck anything anymore even when all the filters are squeaky clean.
5. Maintenance: Huge maintenance effort as you’d need to manually clean the dust storage area and the filters as the filters would clog up to easily (at least in India) after 10-15 minutes of usage and risk motor burn-out.
5. SERVICE & WARRANTY: I don’t know about the metro (or near metro) cities, but you won’t be able to get it repaired in a Tier-B city. KENT customer care will always give you a service request (SR) number and tell you that the engineer will visit your premises. The SR will be closed in a few days and you’ll get a SMS saying that the request could not be completed.
Verdict: Based on my experience, I think the bag type cleaners are better and less messy by design (although slightly less powerful). So, if you live in a big city or consider yourself lucky (think that you’ll never need any warranty or service repairs) knock yourself out; else be prepared to write a similar review after deciding to ditch the machine post trying to get it repaired for years.

Great looking product, the plastics and accessories don’t seem of great quality however, need to test the performance. Otherwise it has all the essentials as well as is in line with the description.
The power rating described by the seller seems to be better than any other product in the same category howevee the suction force and performance needs to be tested cant always go by the wattage shared on paper as that’s not an accurate description of the suction power.
Looks fantastic and is very compact to store.

It’s not been a year since I purchased this product. It has been serviced and replaced motor twice. Still the problem of low section continues. The suction power got reduced and looks like 750 watts. It was good in initial days, then started heating quickly.
Cons:
1) Gets heated quickly.
2) Worst service offered during warranty.
3) Accessories not at all available in-service center.
4) Service at home is not available. You have to visit service center on their time only.

Initially I was a bit skeptical to purchase but after 1 week of heavy usage at my home, I feel it is a good tough product. Suction is good and has a suction regulator knob depending on light to heavy cleaning needs: a pleasant surprise. The entire casing was transparent so you can know the amount of dust collected. It is portable and can be hand held too. Though I found it a bit hard clearing the cobwebs from the roof with one hand carrying the machine and using the long pole provided with other hand. Very good for tight corners, windows, doors, all kinds of furniture, kitchen cupboards and ofcourse, I had Bamboo fencing in the front yard and portico. Great for cleaning that too. Over all a good product. Tough on cleaning and easy to operate. Liked it.

It takes out the pet hairs from your sofa pretty well. Otherwise also a good vacuum at this price
